The Amazon Trio
The Amazon Trio consisted of Fisheye, Hawkseye, and Tigerseye. They were actually animals who had been turned into humans. They were the first to look for dream mirrors. They would capture their victim by shouting "One, Two, Three!" and chaining them to a board. They then would search the mirror. After they realized they had no dreams they were desperate to find Pegasus. Zirconia gave them a magic ball to use to capture him but after Usagi's dream mirror was broken by a lemure they used it to heal her. Pegasus used his power to turn them into real humans.

The Amazoness Quartet
The Amazoness Quartet consisted of JunJun, VesVes, PallaPalla,and CereCere. They took over after the Amazon Trio. They took dream mirrors by using their "Nice Shot!" and a pool stick to hit the dream mirror out of a person. After they realized they were being used by the Dead Moon they helped the senshi. PallaPalla switched the Golden Crystal in Neherenia's hand for pineapple and then gave the crystal to Sailormoon.

Zirconia and Zircon
Zirconia was the one who gave orders to the Amazon Trio and the Amazoness Quartet. She was a very old, wrinkled figure. She was the only one who spoke directly to Neherenia. Zircon was a winged eyeball that flew around and took pictures of potential victims

Neherenia
Neherenia was the queen and leader of the Dead Moon Circus. She wanted the Golden Crystal so she could escape from her mirror and take over Earth. She succeeded in getting the Golden Crystal but the Amazoness Quartet switched it. After the Dead Moon Circus was destroyed she sealed herself into a mirror so she could remain eternally beautiful. At the beginning of the Stars season she was awakened from her mirror by a voice and she shattered it. She kidnapped Mamoru and sealed by senshi into mirrors. After being confronted by Usagi it was revealed that Neherenia was a lost, lonely little girl. The senshi combined powers to send her back to her childhood to start over.
