The Deathbusters were the villians of the S season. Their goal was to awaken the Messiah of Silence, Mistress 9, who would bring Master Pharoah 90 to Earth. That would then bring the Silence to the Earth. They planned to awaken the Messiah of Silence by getting the Sacred Cup and later on the awakening energy of pure hearts.

Professor Tomoe
Professor Tomoe was the leader of the Deathbusters. He first appeared in episode 90 He was being controlled by Daimon Germatou, which was symbolized by the glass piece in his eye. After Germatou was destroyed by Uranus and Neptune, Tomoe returned to normal.

Kaolinite
Kaolinite was the first to try and collect pure hearts. She first appeared in episode 90. She died after being hit by the Sailor Planet Attack, and then a World Shaking but was somehow revived by Tomoe. After her rebirth she called herself "Kaori". She was the one who got Chibi-Usa's heart which awakened Mistress 9. After Mistress 9 was awakened she killed Kaolinite because she has otlived her usefulness

Eudial
Eudial was the first of the Witches 5 to collect pure hearts. She first appeared in episode 103. She was the one who uncovered the identites of Uranus and Neptune and found out they were the holders of the tailsmans. She almost succeeded in getting the tailsmans and the Sacred Cup but was stopped by Sailorpluto and SuperSailormoon. She fled only to be killed by Mimette, who had rigged the brakes on Eudial's car, causing her to drive over a cliff

Mimette
Mimette was the second of the Witches 5, taking over after Eudial. She first appeared in episode 110. She often targted idols or cute men for her victims. After many failures she decided to use a machine of Eudial's, that would make her bigger and stronger. Unfortunately Tellu pulled the plug on her while she was inside the machine causing her to die

Tellu
Tellu was the third of the Witches 5. She first appeared in episode 120. She used plants to collect pure hearts. She died after one of her plants turned on her, killing her

Viluy
Viluy was the fourth of the Witches 5, first appearing in episode 122. She used computers to steal pure hearts. She tried to kill the senshi with her nanobots that would eat away at a person, but was killed when SuperSailormoon destroyed her armband that controlled the nanobots, causing them to destroy Viluy

Cyprine and Pchiuol
Cyprine and her twin were the last of the Witches 5, first appearing in episode 123. They almost defeated the senshi until they were tricked and used their power on each other, destroying themselves.

Mistress 9
Mistress 9 first appeared in episode 123. She had taken possession of Hotaru/Sailorsaturn and when she received Chibi-Usa's pure heart, she fully awakened. She succeds in getting the Sacred Cup and uses it to bring Pharoah 90 to Earth. She met her end after Hotaru fought back and Sailorsaturn awakened, disentegrating Mistress 9.

Master Pharoah 90
He/it first appears in episode 125. He is called to Earth by the light of the Sacred Cup. He is destroyed by Sailorsaturn and SuperSailormoon
