Chiba Mamoru is Tuxedo Kamen, the masked figure who helps the senshi when they are in trouble. His attack is mainly throwing a rose but he also has a cane he uses. He also has a healing power that he uses in S to keep Chibi-Usa alive and that he displays to Fisheye in SuperS. He is the reborn Prince Endymion and the future King Endymion. He is often a target a villians, being brainwashed by Beryl, kidnapped by Neherenia, and killed by Galaxia on his way to America. In the first arc of the R season he was the Tsukikage no Knight, a seperated part of his memories created to protect Sailormoon.
