Sailormoon's fuku for the first three seasons has the same basic look. She wears a dark blue pleated skirt with a white bodice. She has a red bow in the front of her shirt and one attached to the back of her skirt. She wears high red boots with cresent moons attached to the top and a red collar around her neck. She also has white gloves that start at the elbow. At the elbow are three red bands. In the center of her odangos are red ornaments. She also wears a gold tiara with a cresent moon in the center. After Sailormoon gets her "Moon Cosmic Power Make-Up!" henshin the cresent moon on her collar changes to a heart.

In the middle of the S season and for the SuperS season, Sailormoon gets a new fuku when she becomes SuperSailormoon. Her shoulder pads are now transparent. Her skirt is now white with a yellow and blue trim around the bottom. Attached to the back of her skirt is a white bow with long tails. Sailormoon now has white ornaments in her hair on both sides.

In the Stars season, Sailormoon gets her Eternal fuku. Her skirt is now layered with yellow, red and blue fabric. The red bow on her chest has been replaced with two white wings with a golden heart in the center. Her shoulder pads are now pink and bubble-like. She no longer wears the tiara. Attached to the back on her fuku and two large white wings. The base of Sailormoon's gloves now have small white adornments. On her collar is now a golden heart with a cresent moon attached.
