Volume 15

Act 41: Dead Moon Dream-Usagi and Mamoru have fell to the ground, coughing up blood. Zirconia has trapped the senshi in nightmares but Mamoru breaks through it and tells everyone to wake up. The eight senshi use "Sailor Planet Meditation" to knock Zirconia out of the sky. He goes into the circus tent and Mars and Venus use their attacks to make a hole in the tent. Zirconia runs into a mirror and Usagi runs behind him. She comes face to face with Queen Nehelennia who shoots a wall of glass at Usagi. Usagi uses her "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" to break free and also rescue Chibimoon and Saturn from the glass shards they were trapped in. She tells the others to break through the mirror and they meet up. The circus tent of the Dead Moon Circus shrinks and falls to the ground. Usagi realizes they must have went to Elysion and Mamoru, Chibiusa and her go there, telling the others to guard the surface. They meet the maidens that serve Elysion and they show them the cage where the Pegasus is. Mamoru thinks Elios is gone but Chibiusa says he can't be because the Earth, Elysion, and Mamoru are still alive. Back on the surface Rei senses an evil spirit. Usagi and the others return and Nehelennia confronts them. Usagi uses her attack but Nehelennia bounces it back. They see a flashback of the Silver Millennium, when Usagi was born and Nehelennia put a curse on her at her christining. Nehelennia says she is the true Queen of the Moon and the Mystical Silver Crystal flies out of Usagi's brooch. Mamoru and Usagi kiss deeply, returning the crystal to Usagi. The guardian sprites of the senshi appear in front of them and tell them to lend power to Sailormoon. They call on the power of their castles and Usagi turns into Eternal Sailormoon.

Act 42: Earth and Moon Dream-Everyone lends their power to Sailormoon and she uses her new attack "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss" on Nehelennia. She is destroyed and sucked away into a mirror. All of the senshi are in their princess forms and the cats get their human forms. Sailorchibimoon's silver crystal has transformed into the Pink Moon Crystal. She uses her kiss to wake Elios up. Usagi and Mamoru turn into Neo-Queen Selenity and King Endymion. Artemis remarks that it's almost like a coronation ceremony. Saturn gives Neo-Queen Selenity four balls and she uses her power to release the Sailor Quartet. They explain that they are the guardians of Sailorchibimoon and they will come back when the time is right. The act concludes with a flashback of when Usagi was a child. Queen Selenity tells her everyone has a star in their heart that shines. Usagi tells the senshi this ending the act.
