Act 39: New Soldier Dream-The first part of this act reintroduces the Outer Senshi. We see what life is like for the Outer Senshi while they are raising Hotaru. Hotaru is visited by the spirit of Sailorsaturn and regains her memories. She gives the three other senshi their crystal power-ups. In the second part Minako receives her crystal power-up from Artemis. The Inners are attacked by the Amazoness Quartet but the Outer Senshi arrive to help them. Meanwhile Usagi is coughing and is being affected by the same curse as Mamoru. Zirconia blasts Usagi and Mamoru and they shrink into small children. Elios takes them away. Zirconia then puts the Amazoness Quartet into stones and puts Chibimoon and Saturn itno glass shards.

Act 40: Elysion Dream-This act starts off with Usagi dreaming of herself with Mamoru. They are walking to school together and Mamoru tells her his dream is to marry her. The real Mamoru wakes up Usagi and Elios tells them that they are in Elysion. He brought them here to restore them to their original forms. Elios explains that Elysion is being affected by the curse of the Dead Moon and takes Usagi and Mamoru to a shrine in the center of Elysion. He shows them the maenands who are sealed into a crystal to protect them from the curse. Elios tells Mamoru that this place is where the Golden Kingdom is where Prince Endymion used to live. He tells Mamoru that he carries the Golden Crystal. Usagi figures out that the Golden Crystal is sealed inside Mamoru like the silver crystal was sealed inside her. Nehelennia then shows up and attacks Usagi and Mamoru. Elios uses his power to send them back to the surface and then to cover the city in crystal. Zirconia appears in the sky and blasts Usagi and Mamoru, which causing them to fall to the ground.
