The Dead Moon Circus were the villians of the Dream arc. They wanted to destroy the ones of the White Moon Kingdom and take over the Earth and Moon

Amazon Trio-The Amazon Trio were created from three animals, a tiger, a hawk, and a fish. Fisheye appears in act 35. PallaPalla sells him as a fish to Ami. He corrupts her dream but Mercury receives her crystal-power-up and wakes up. Fisheye is destroyed by "Moon Gorgeous Meditation". Tigerseye appears in act 36, targeting Rei. He torments her in a house of mirrors, but she too, gets her power-up. Tigerseye is killed by "Mars Flame Sniper". In act 37, Hawkseye targets Makoto, poising as a worker in a herb shop. He is destroyed by "Jupiter Oak Evolution"

Amazoness Quartet-The Amazoness Quartet first appear in act 33. It's made up of VesVes, CereCere, PallaPalla, and JunJun. Throughout the arc they do a number of things, including creating the Amazon Trio out of animals. PallaPalla has a number of different balls she uses, including the "Opposite Ball" which switches the ages of Chibi-Usa and Usagi. In act 40, Saturn mamnages to convince them that they are being used by the Dead Moon but Zirconia traps them and puts them into four balls. In act 42, Saturn presents the balls to Neo-Queen Selenity, who releases the girls. They are revealed to be the Sailor Quartet, the guardians of Sailorchibimoon.

Zirconia-Zirconia first appears in acr 33, giving orders to the Amazoness Quartet. Throughout the arc all he really does is talk to Nehelennia and give orders to the Quartet. In act 40 he becomes huge and blasts Mamoru and Usagi with his power. In act 41 he goes into a mirror and is never seen again. Some people think Zirconia and Nehlennia were the same being, but this is only a speculation.

Nehelennia-Throughout the arc Nehelennia is shown talking to Zirconia and the Amazoness Quartet through her mirror. In act 41 she is finally confronts Usagi. She explains how she put a curse on Princess Selenity and the Silver Millennium. We see in a flashback how she showed up at Selenity's christening and how Queen Selenity sealed her into a mirror. In the present she put a curse on Elysion and the Earth, cauing black roses to grow inside of Mamoru, and later Usagi. In act 41 she manages to get the silver crystal but Mamoru and Usagi kiss deeply, returning the crystal to Usagi. In act 42 she is destroyed by Eternal Sailormoon's "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss"
