Sailor V: Volume 2

The second volume starts off with Sailor V winning a trip to Hawaii. But at the airport she accidentally takes the plane to Greece. There she is confronted by Hibiskos, from the Hawaiian branch of the Dark Agency. He's mad because she's dragged him out to this remote place where he can't use his power. She defeates him with her "Cresent Beam"

In the next act Minako has fallen in love with a guy named Saitou-senpai. He is the leader of a gang and he saved her one day when a gang tried to attack her. Later it is revealed that the Dark Agency is causing all of the gang fights to get energy. Minako transforms into Sailor V and defeats Vivian, a president of the Dark Agency who is disguised as a gang leader. She also recieves her first kiss from Saitou.

It's Valentine's Day. The Dark Agency sells rainbow chocolates to everyone which causes them to get fat. Then they open up a weight-loss clinic. Minako transforms into a secretary and infultrates the building. She defeats Debrine, another Dark Agency leader. She then tries to use her Venus power to turn everybody back to their normal weight but it doesn't work. Then all of a sudden she sees a masked man on a building throwing out little pieces of paper with diet tips and low-fat candies. She wonders who he could be.
