Sailor V: Volume 1

In the first volume we meet Aino Minako, who is thirteen. She is doing a gymnastic stunt when she trips over a white cat.

Later on the cat is watching her from a window. He holds a pen in his mouth. A voice from the pen tells him that Minako is the "one."

Minako has a love letter that she wants to give to a guy, Higashi-sempai. He comes over and tells her her hair would look could with a big red ribbon.

Minako is in the shower when the cat, Artemis starts to talk to her. He tells her she carries the protection of the planet Venus and shows her a cresent compact. But she thinks it was a dream.
Later on it is revealed that Higashi is an enemy. Artemis tells Minako to transform and defeat him. She transforms into Sailor V and does.

Another enemy, Pandora, poses as an idol. She brainwashes everyone through the television. Minako transforms into Sailor V and defeats her using her "Cresent Beam"

Pandora's sister, Petite Pandora, comes to take revenge for her sister. She turns people into slaves by winking at them. She challenges Sailor V to a showdown in the park. "Cresent Beam" doesn't work on her so Sailor V uses "Venus Power! Love Cresent Shower! Pour down rain" to defeat her

The next idols to come our the Dark Guys and Twin Dark who put out brainwashing cds. She sneaks into their concert and destroys them. She also defeats Fluorite, one of the leaders in the Dark Agency.

A new game called "Electronic Fighter Girl Luga" comes out and it causes everyone to fight. Sailor V gets sucked into the game and her friend, Amano, helps her to defeat Luga by playing the Sailor V game and using "Cresent Beam"
