The Guardian Cats-The three guardian cats are Luna, Artemis and Diana. Luna and Artemis are from the planet Mau. All three of them have human forms which are shown after Nehelenia has been defeated. Luna's human form is also shown in Volume 11 "The Lover of Princess Kaguya" and Artemis' is shown when he gives Minako her Crystal power-up. During the Stars arc of the manga the cats are confronted by Sailor Tin Nyanko. She uses her "Galatica Puppet" to take way the cresent moons from the cats' foreheads, leaving them unable to talk. They are alter killed by SailorLethe.

Princess Kakyuu-Princess Kakyuu was the princess of Kinmoku, the one who the Sailorstarlights were searching for. She first appeared in act 45. Her home planet was destroyed by Galaxia and she fled to Earth. She also had the identity of Sailor Kakyuu. As a sailor senshi her attacks were "Starlight Royal Flush" and "Kinmoku Fusion Tempest". She was killed by Sailor Chi in act 49.

Phobos and Demios-Phobos and Deimos are the crows that live at Rei's shrine. They are actually guardians sprites who guard Princess Mars. They came from the planet Coronis. When the Dead Moon Circus was trying to attack Rei, they transformed into sprites and they gave her her Mars crystal. They had their starseeds stolen by Sailor Lead Crow who told them they were training soldiers and that they were watching each other dream.

The Sailor Quartet-The Sailor Quartet consists of Sailors Juno, Ceres, Pallas, and Vesta. They are the guardians of Sailorchibimoon/Small Lady. They were awakened from their sleep by Neherenia and turned into workers of the Dead Moon Circus, the Amazoness Quartet. After they regain their memories, Zirconia traps them in four balls which Sailorsaturn rescues. She presents them to Neo-Queen Selenity who releases them. They introduce themselves and then say they are going to return to their sleep until needed. They reappear in the Stars section of the manga with Sailorchibimoon. They use their attack "Amazoness Jungle Arrow" to kill Sailor Heavy Metal Papillion

Queen Selenity-The queen of the Silver Millennium and mother to Princess Selenity. When the senshi travel to the moon a small hologram of her appears and she tells them about the past. After Sailormoon has defeated Metallia and comes to the moon, she appears again telling Sailormoon to be happy with the one she loves

Elios-The guardian of Elysion who plays a big part in the Dream arc of the manga. He's also the love interest of Sailorchibimoon/Small Lady.

Asanuma-Asanuma is a friend of Makoto and Mamoru's who first appears in act 14. Makoto reveals to him that she and the others are the sailor senshi in the Black Moon arc.
