Chibi-usa is shown coming from school and for a snack Ikuko-mama gives her lemon pie and donuts. For dessert, at dinner, they have pudding and ice-cream.At night before Chibi-usa does her homework, Ikuko-mama comes in with cream puffs and chestnut bean jelly.

At school the next day, Chibi-usa is moaning in pain. Her friend, Momoko, offers her a sip of juice, but when she drinks it it hurts her mouth.

Ami tells Chibi-usa that she has a cavity and that she'll have to go to the dentist. Chibi-usa says that don't have those in the 30th century. The next day, Usagi's dad takes Usagi and Chibi-usa to the dentist. They step in but after they hear about the dentist pulling a tooth, they run out screaming. Usagi's dad tells them it's okay and that they'll go back to the dentist tomorrow.

Night falls, and a spirit is shown floating over the dentist office. It says that there aren't enough cavities and shoots a beam at the dentist office

The next day, a flier advertises the dentist office. Newly renovated and half off today. Minako calls Usagi and says the dentist there is a hot young guy. Minako, Usagi, Chibi-usa and Usagi's dad fo to the dentist office. A female assistant brings them some chocolate and cake and tells them to relax. Usagi, Usagi's dad, and Minako all fall asleep. The assistant calls for Tsukino Usagi and Chibi-usa goes inside the room. She sits down in the chair and braces lock around her, holding her down. The dentist says she'll inject her with the cavity ghost and turn all her teeth to cavities. Chibi-usa screams for help and Diana throws cake at the dentist. She releases Chibi-usa and tells her to transform. Chibimoon confronts the dentist, who introduces herself as the genius loci, Regine. Regine throws cakes, puddings, ect at Chibi-usa. Meanwhile, Diana gets Minako and Usagi to wake up and they transform, then run into the room. They throw cake at the dentist chair, which causes it to dissolve. Chibimoon uses her "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" to melt Regine. The dentist office returns to normal and Usagi and Chibi-usa get their cavities pulled.

When they get home Ikuko-mama says she has dried sardines for snacks so they won't get cavities. Chibi-usa groans.
