So you want to build a webpage. But you need a place to host it. This is a review of free webpage hosts so you can find the right place for you.
Geocities-They give you 15 MB and have a File Manager and online HTML editor. I really, really recommend this place for beginners. They put an adsquare in each of your pages
Tripod-They gave you 50 MB. If you're planning on having a large page or multimedia page go there. They have ad banners that pop-up when you load a page
Angelfire-They give you 15 MB. They also use ad banners
Xoom-They give you unlimited space. You have to have knowledge of FTP and they put a ad banner on each of your pages.
Fortunecity-They give you 100 MB. They also put an ad banner on each page.Envy.nu-They give you 6 MB but have no ad pop-ups or banners :)
Spaceports-They give you unlimited space. Knowledge of FTP is required.
