Select the image you would like as the border image. If the image is very tall or wide, resize it or crop it to your desired size. Then save the image. Go to the folder where the image is and click on the file name. A little screen at the bootom will tell you the height of the image. Copy the height number down. Then go to create a new image. Make the width 800 and the height, the height of the image that will be the border. Set the background color for the one you would like. The copy the image that will be the border and paste it into the new image. Then save it as a jpg. You have now made your first border background.
