Japanese Info and Terms

Chan-A suffix added to the end of the name. Used to show close friendship.

Hime-Suffix that means princess. Ex. Kakyuu-Hime=Princess Kakyuu

Ko-Used to show closeness with a female. Ex. Mamoru calls Usagi "Usako"

San-Used to show respect to older people. The Inner Senshi call Haruka "Haruka-san"

Sama-Used to show a lot of respect. Diana uses this with Mamoru and Usagi because they will be future king and queen. Ex. Queen Serenity-sama

Sempai-Used when refering to an older classmate.

Names-In Japan, the last name comes first, followed by the first name
