1. Who is your favorite Sailormoon character? Why?
Hmm... Don't really have one in particular,
I just like the story first, the characters second.
2. Chiba Mamoru: Great boyfriend or too easily
manipulated?
Well he does have this problem getting
frequently brainwashed... Me thinks Mamoru-kun
is missing a few brain cells after all of that.
Maybe this explains all those corny speeches!
3. Do you prefer the Sailormoon anime, manga, or
dub?
The manga has a more in depth story lines, so I
guess I would prefer that, however it's still great
to kick back in front of the TV for some anime.
As for the dub, I watch it when I get the chance,
and enjoy it. Maybe half the time because I'm
making fun of all the bad edits and changes, but
I enjoy watching it for more than that.
4. Who were the best villains?
It would be a toss up between The Dark Kingdom
and the Quartet. The Quartet are just so much
fun!
As for The Dark Kingdom, well always had a soft
spot for the original villains. A lot of
people consider them weak, but remember they did
wipe everyone out in the past, and even though
it was only temporary, they were only villains that
produced true victory over the Senshi and their
Queen.
Many overlook them because they were so
underdeveloped as characters in the anime,
however they have a lasting effect throughout
the whole manga.
5. Why do you think people make crappy Sailormoon
webpages?
Some because they don't know any better, however
there are many who steal simply because they
think anything on the Internet is free for the
taking and they can get away with anything.
6. If you tried to defeat the senshi how would you
do it?
Well if it was just the Inners:
Step 1:
Attract Senshi by some lame attack on something,
say maybe Naru... Yeah, Naru is always good as
a victim...
Step 2:
Set traps...
- A pile of heavy books to fall around and close
in on Mercury. If she tries to read her way out,
she will only discover they are cheesy, lame,
romance novels.
- An eternally dirty Apartment to trap Jupiter and
drive her crazy (Where would I get one of those?
My apartment will do, trust me.)
- Venus bopped in the head repeatly with a
volleyball.
- Mars is the toughie... I guess some fire
retardant foam and while she's distracted, take
all her scrolls and replace them with
ordinary post-it notes. Finally, break the heals
off her shoes, just to keep her off balance...
- And finally, trap Moon in a round room, tell her
the exit is in one of the corners, then sit back
and watch the fun...
PLAN B:
Toss marbles at them while they are perorming
attacks, and watch them trip up on them and end
up hitting each other.
7. If they made more Sailormoon what would you like
it to be about?
Anything, except no more additions of chibi
characters. We do not need a ChibiChibi-Chibi!
8. Do you think any of the senshi could ever be
the president of the U.S.?
Nope, they would demand to many recounts.
9. Do you think any of the senshi could ever become
pop stars?
Mars, yes...
Venus, yes...
Uranus, maybe as a female pop rapper or something...
Jupiter, maybe as pop Country singer...
(it's the brown hair and ponytail okay?)
10. What other anime would you recommend to
Sailormoon fans?
Hard to say because everyone's tastes are
different.
I could recommend something similar to Sailormoon,
but I think it's better to expand and check out
completely different
anime. Just about anything
is good, just expand your horizons and don't be
afraid to try new stuff.
