I know The Power of Love is a cheesy name but I couldn't think of anything else at that time so I just wrote that. The title Power of Love doesn't really suit my story very well either, oh what the heck! Please tell me what you think of it! ChibiMagic ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prologue Okay this fan-fic takes place after Galaxia is gone and Usagi is in college along with the rest of the inner scouts. Usagi lives in her own apartment and she is eternal sailormoon. The rest of the scouts are super. I just barely mixed the anime story with the manga. Everything is anime like except that I used the manga version about Crystal Tokyo. It doesn't come in a thousand years after the Earth is completey frozen and then thawed back. It comes when Usagi marries Mamo-chan which is when Usagi is 20. Chapter One: Soul Usagi rushed down a dark hall terrified. She was wearing her princess dress and was being chased by some being who was laughing and saying, "You can't run from me Serenity! You're destiny is with me! You cannot escape your destiny! HAHAHAH!!" He went on and on about that topic scaring Usagi even more. She prepared to morph but realised her eternalmoon article was gone. Usagi gasped as she found herself in a corner. She tried desperately to climb up but kept falling. Usagi then saw her pursuer's shadow looming over her. She was trembling all over as she turned to face him. She saw a man darkened by the shadows so she couldn't see his face but she could see his gleaming red eyes staring straight through her. He laughed again as he raised his hands. He conjured up a strange spell and launched it. Usagi began screaming and was still screaming when she suddenly sat up in bed. "AHHHHHAHAAH!!" she shrieked. Usagi realised again it had just been a dream. She was sweating all over and trembling like crazy. Her sweat had soaked her sheets and her p.j's. She grabbed her chest and was breathing heavily. Then Luna jumped onto the bed. "Usagi? Are you all right? This is the eighth time you've woken up screaming. There must be something wrong." said Luna. Usagi looked at the concerned expression on Luna's face. "Uh.. no, I'm just fine Luna, just a... bad dream." she stuttered. "That's what you have always said. Why don't you tell me what your dreaming?" asked Luna. "No! Really! I'm just fine. Just under a little stress from college. I'll be fine Luna." "Usagi, it must be a pretty bad dream if you soaked your sheets like that" Luna said looking worried. "Uh.. It's okay. I'll just sleep on the couch. Goodnight Luna!" Usagi said quickly before she hurried out of the room. "But Usagi..." Luna stared after her before she slowly went back to sleep. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Usagi walked up the steps into her college. She saw Ami arriving too. "Hi Ami!" she called out. "Usagi!" cried Ami. She quickly joined Usagi. "How are you lately?" asked Ami. "I'm just fine. How are you doing in Medical school?" "Just fine as well. Are you still doing well with your political class? You know you're going to need special skills when you become Queen. And that will be in just a few years from now." "Yeah, I'm doing okay. Well, I'll see you later Ames. Bye!" called Usagi as she went into her class. Ami waved and went to her classes. As Usagi sat down and class started she had a sudden flash of her pursuer from her dream. He was chasing her again. Usagi felt sweat forming on her brow as she struggled to concentrate. As her classes went on she continued to have flashes of her pursuer. Except everytime he got closer to her and eventually they became flashes of him grabbing her and shaking her around. The whole day the flashes happened and some teachers were noticing that Usagi seemed really stressed. After the the school (or rather college day) day ended, Usagi went back home for a while. She walked into her apartment and put down her bags. Luna had gone out to see Artemis (^_^) so Usagi was by herself. She went into the bathroom to wash her face. She turned on the tap and splashed the cool water onto her face and then gazed into the mirror. Suddenly she saw her pursuer from her dream standing behind her. "You belong to me, Serenity." he said grinning. Usagi made a yelp as she turned around only to see nothing. She looked around but he was gone. She held her head and walked out onto her balcony. "What's going on?" she asked herself. "Who is he?" She went back inside and suddenly felt very dizzy. Then she collapsed unconcious on the floor. All of a sudden Usagi found herself as Princess Serenity again and she was at some ball. She gasped when she saw Queen Serenity sitting on a throne. Tons of people were dancing. Usagi felt a tap on her shoulder and she turned to see Tuxedo Kamen. "Mamo-chan!" cried Usagi. He looked a bit confused at first. "Since when do you not call me Endymion?" he asked casually. "Uh! Oops! I'm sorry!" "No, don't worry about it. Call me whatever you like." he said gently as he took her hand and led her out across the dance floor. They barely took one more step when suddenly the light flickered and all the windows smashed open. Rain thunder and lightning was everywhere. Then the doors burst open and in the doorway stood the man that was chasing Usagi. He was still all black from the shadows but then he walked into the light. He was actually a very handsome man but he was wearing a black negaverse suit and he looked really ticked. "ENDYMION!! GET YOUR HANDS OFF HER!!!!" he hollered. Endymion stepped in front of Usagi to defend her. "Prince Soul, you have no right to be here. You can't take Serenity." he said calmly yet agitated. "Endymion! You are the one who has no right to be here! I was promised Serenity's hand and.." Soul was cut off. "You were promised Serenity's hand if she loved you! But she didn't and so the deal was off!" cried Endymion. The whole time Usagi was wondering what was going on. 'I would have been promised to this guy if I fell inlove with him? Good grief! Thank god I didn't! This guy's a madman!' She thought to herself. "Soul! I told you never to return to this kingdom after you threatened to capture my daughter! Now leave or I will be forced to use the silver crystal!" shouted Queen Serenity. "Good idea Queen!! Princess Serenity! You're mine!" cried Soul. Soul sprang into the (he could fly) air and charged at Usagi. Endymion jumped in the way but Soul knocked him away. In a split second he had grabbed Usagi and carried her into the air. "Adios Endymion! Queen! Unless you want to see your precious daughter alive again you must grant me her hand in marriage and this entire kingdom!" he hollered with laughter and flew out the window. "Let me go you big dork! If you don't let me go you'll feel my wrath!!!" cried Usagi. "Ohh, and what can you do that will stop me?" he asked snickering. Usagi grinned. "I can do this!!" she cried as she pulled out her eternal moon article and hit Soul in the head with it. Soul cried out and dropped Usagi though it wasn't very high. Usagi gracefully landed on the ground. Soul hit the ground hard rubbing his head but immediately got back up. He then ran over to grab Usagi again. "Moon Eternal Make Up!!" shouted Usagi. Soul jumped back at the sudden flash of lights and gasped when he saw Usagi became winged and sailorsuited. "What!?" he cried. "I'll teach you!!" cried SailorMoon. She flew up and charged at Soul. She raised her fist and whacked him in the face sending him 50 meters back. SailorMoon didn't hesitate to charge again. Soul weakly stood up before he was instantly punched in the gut. He went sprawling across the ground. SailorMoon floated back down to the ground. "Had enough yet mister tough guy?" she asked in triumph. Soul weakly stood up again. "Who...who are you!!" he shrieked. "Glad you asked. I am the pretty sailor suited soldier of the moon! SailorMoon! I will right wrongs and triumph over evil! Get ready to be punished by a ticked off princess you big jerk!" she cried. SailorMoon, who was much more mature and smarter now realised that she must have somehow taken the place of her past self but she had no idea why. But she did know that her pursuer from her dream was obviously stronger in the present but a wuss in the past and if she destroyed him now, he would be destroyed in the present. SailorMoon pulled out her eternal tier. "Time to say bye bye Soul!" As she prepared to chant her attack the present day Soul appeared. "What!?" cried SailorMoon. Suddenly SailorMoon saw Endymion and the guards rushing in. Then she saw her past self lying on the ground below her. "What's going on!?" she cried. Suddenly present Soul raised his hand and Usagi woke up back in her room. She sat up with a shocked look on her face. "There's something weird going on here. I have to discuss it with the others. This must be a new enemy!" she cried. Usagi jumped up and rushed out of the door out of the building. As she ran over to Cherry Hill Temple she thought ' I have no idea who Soul really is and what is really going on, but I know somebody who does!
