I hope you guys are enjoying the story! This chapter has a lot of action to it! ^_^ Again please tell me what you think! Chapter Two: Scouts are Beaten; SailorMoon is Captured "....and then I woke up back in my bedroom and came here."Usagi had just finished telling everyone about their new enemy Soul. Everyone was quiet for a second. "Setsuna. You must know something! You remember who Prince Soul is don't you?" asked Usagi. Setsuna thought for a moment looking down. "Yes, I remember."she said calmly. "Then why don't you do a little explaining?" Usagi was quite anxious to hear about Soul. As Setsuna began to speak everyone leaned in to hear what she had to say. "Soul was a prince from a neighboring solar system during the Silver Millenium. His parents knew Queen Serenity quite well and were good friends with her. Soul met Princess Serenity and it's assumed he fell in love with her because a few days later he asked for her hand in marriage. Queen Serenity thought about it, but decided that he could only marry her if the Princess loved him back. As you know Princess Serenity was inlove with Prince Endymion so Queen Serenity did not allow him to marry the princess. Soul was enraged and went insane. That was during a time a strange new disease came about and infected his planet. There was no cure for it so half of the population died including Soul's parents. Soul was infected as well but it had a different effect. He became completely evil and now had special powers. Using them he killed off the rest of the people on his planet and filled the planet with evil energy. Then he came to Queen Serenity and threatened to capture Princess Serenity if he wasn't given the entire kingdom. Queen Serenity did not, and told him never to return to the Moon Kingdom after she threatened him with the Silver Crystal. Soul was angry but afraid of the Silver Crystal so he left. No one knows what he did back home but he returned in a week. That was the ball that you were at Usagi. He came back that night with slightly stronger powers and captured you. When Endymion and the guards chased after him to save you they found you lying unconcious on the ground but with Soul no where in sight. No one ever heard of Soul again." finished Setsuna. Everyone sat silently again. "But...but what happened when Soul returned that night and captured me?" asked Usagi. "You allready know. The reason why you took the place of your past self Usagi was because you were so deep in thought over Soul. The Silver Crystal sensed your thoughts and transported you to the past so you could find out about him. That's what's supposed to happen for real. You are supposed to slip back in time. You would have killed Soul except present day Soul intervened and sent you back to the present. Your past self appeared back in the past unconcious the way the guards and Endymion found her." explained Setsuna. Usagi was slightly shocked. "The Silver Crystal sensed my thoughts and me slipping into the past was supposed to happen!?"Usagi was very confused. "It is a very powerful crystal and your it's rightful owner Usagi." said Setsuna. "But now the question is, what's Soul doing here in the present?" asked Rei. "And why he's invading Usagi's dreams." said Minako. "That's what I'm trying to figure out now." said Setsuna quietly. "Rei, can't you do a fire reading?" asked Hotaru. "Your right. I'll go do that now." said Rei standing up. "We'll come with you." said Haruka. Everybody followed Rei into the Fire room and sat down on the floor behind her. Rei kneeled infront of the fire and held her hands in the fire reading position. She closed her eyes and began the reading. 'Great fire, please tell me the secrets of Soul! Sun, Moon, Sky, Earth! Fire, Air, Water, Rock! Stars!' chanted Rei. Suddenly Rei saw images flashing through her mind. She saw Soul's face laughing wickedly. She saw scenes of Soul in the past and then scenes of him chasing Usagi in her dreams. The images started rasing through her mind getting faster and faster. She kept hearing Soul's laughter and screaming in the background. She saw images of Soul attacking a few people but she couldn't make out who. She kept hearing the laughter and screaming until Rei realised who he was attacking. Her eyes flashed open and Rei gasped out in shock. SHe then turned to the others and cried, "It's Soul! He's here!!" "What!?" cried everyone at once. There was a loud crash and the temple began to shake violently. Pieces of the ceiling began to fall everywhere. Everyone screamed as the building began to fall apart. Over the loud crashing noises Makoto cried out, "We have to get out of here before the building collapses on us!" Mamoru grabbed hold of Usagi's hand. "Let's get out of here!" he cried pulling Usagi out. Everyone quickly followed and ran outside. They covered their heads and ducked on the ground to avoid getting hit by the flying peices of wood. When the building finally collapsed everyone looked up. Rei was furious. "MY TEMPLE!!" she screamed. Suddenly they heard laughing above them. Everyone looked up to see Soul floating above them laughing his head off. They all gasped in shock and stood up to fight him. Soul was wearing an outfit similar to a dark kingdom general outfit except it was black and he had a long cape that wrapped around him. He had dark brown eyes and jet black hair that was just like Kunzite's style. "SOUL!! HOW DARE YOU DESTROY MY TEMPLE!! I'LL GET YOU!! MARS CRYSTAL POWER MAKE UP!!" screamed Rei. She transformed into SuperSailorMars. All the others quickly transformed as well along with Usagi and Mamoru. "HAHAHAHA!! I feel sorry for you people! So weak compared to my power yet still opposing me! HAHAHA! What a joke!" cackled Soul. "No time for jokes Soul, what are you doing here on Earth!?" demanded Pluto. "Oh no time for explanations, I only came here for SailorMoon. Not to fight with you losers!" snickered Soul. TuxedoKamen got angry and stood infront of SailorMoon. "You're not taking her anywhere!" he shouted. "Oh yes I will!" cried Soul as he prepared to attack. "Dead Scream!!" "World....Shaking!!" "Deep Submerge!!" The outer's attacks stormed at Soul. "Pothetic." he said cooly as he held up his hand and absorbed the attacks. "What!?" cried Neptune. "Impossible!" cried Uranus. Soul began laughing again. "Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!!" "Jupiter Oak Evolution!!" Soul laughed some more as he absorbed Jupiter and Mercury's attacks as well. SailorMercury gasped and SailorJupiter was mad. "I told you! You're powers are nothing compared to mine!"bragged Soul. "Shut up Soul! You're going to pay for destroying my temple! MARS FLAME SNIPER!!" screamed SailorMars. "Venus Love and Beauty Shock!!" cried Venus. Her attack merged with Mars's and went at Soul. He simply absorbed those as well. "You are such fools to continue trying to get me." said Soul shaking his head. Then out of nowhere an attack came from behind. "Silence Glaive Surprise!!!" cried Saturn as she jumped at Soul and hit him with her glaive. Soul cried out as there was a slight bang and flash of purple light. Everyone then saw Soul lying on the ground with his suit torn and wounds all over him. SailorSaturn jumped gracefully onto the ground and stood in a fighting stance. "Surrender now or I will use my glaive on you again!" threated Saturn. Soul winced and weakly stood up. "Why!....Why you little brat!!" he yelled and threw his hands into the air. "Saturn look out!!"shrieked SailorMoon. But she was too late as Soul instantly blasted Saturn with a powerful beam. "HOTARU!!!" screamed Uranus. There was a blinding flash of light. When the light was gone everyone looked up and saw SailorSaturn lying on the ground motionless. "HOTARU!!" everyone screamed. Uranus immediately dashed towards her but was suddenly hit by another powerful beam from Soul.In a flash of light Uranus was lying limp on the ground. "HARUKA!!!" shrieked Neptune. Furious she charged at Soul powering up her attack. "DIE!!" she screamed as she blasted her powerful ocean attack. Soul smiled wickedly and simly hit the attack to the side with one hand. "That can't be!!" cried Neptune in shock. Suddenly Soul appeared infront of her and grabbed her neck. Neptune gasped and began to choke. "Michiru!!" cried the others. Soul laughed and held up his hand at Neptune. She was blasted with the same attack used on Uranus. "HOW DARE YOU!!" screamed Pluto. She and the inners charged at him. Soul grinned wickedly and held up his hands. "This is to easy.." he snickered. Out of his hands came another enormous ball of energy that he threw at the attacking sailors. "NO!!" screamed SailorMoon as she saw her friends get hit and fall to the ground. "No!! NO!!" screamed Moon again as tears began forming on her eyes. Tuxedo Kamen was furious at Soul. Soul laughed again and turned towards Moon and Tux. Tuxedo Kamen got into a fighting postition and got out his staff "Oh, so now you're going to fight me with a stick? Why don't you just give up now and save yourself the pain?" sneered Soul. "NEVER!!!" screamed TuxedoKamen as he launched himself at Soul. He held up his staff at Soul and swung it at him. Soul grinned and grabbed the staff. TuxedoKamen gasped as Soul swung the staff around and snapped it in half. Then he held his hands up to TuxedoKamen's face and blasted him. "MAMO-CHAN!!!"screamed SailorMoon. She saw TuxedoKamen fall to the ground and collapse. It seemed all in slow motion for her. She let out a high pitched shriek. "NOOO!!!!" She raced over to his side when Soul appeared behind her and grabbed her around her waist. "No! Let me go! Mamo-chan!!" screamed SailorMoon as she struggled to get loose. Soul laughed as he tightened his grip on her and flew up with her. "No!!!! LET GO!!! PLEASE!!" TuxedoKamen weakly opened his eyes and saw Soul form a portal and saw him disapear with SailorMoon. "MAMO-CHAN!!!" was SailorMoon's last cry. "Usako!" he cried as he tried to get up. "USAKO!!!!" To be Continued..... I know, this chapter went by pretty quick. But it is a battle afterall.
