Kon'wa, minna-chan! Here's chapter eight of my story! Now please be easy on the flames, okay? I've been sick since last Sunday and my writing was not very good this week. I'm lucky I got most of this done before I was really sick, or this chapter wouldn't be out! Well, I really hope you enjoy! And the title gives away the story! Oh yeah, the Silver Moon Princess and I talked the other day and I mentioned that I had named the last chapter of my story "Crystal Tears" which is the title of her fanfic. So, I give part of the title to her. And go read her story! RATING: PG DISCLAIMER: Ya know, Naoko-sama never returned my phone call about possibly buying rights to the show and manga. So until I hear back, I don't own anything. Quote of the Week: "In order for something to live, something must be sacrificed." On a tombstone in the X-files game. FINAL AWAKENINGS CHAPTER 8 ___________Secrets Revealed____________ Sailor Pluto turned to the Time Gate and looked at the many different ways that time could flow from one of the most critical moments in the Space Time Continuum. It would be happening very soon and if one thing went wrong, the Sailor Scouts would cease to exist. "Please, let this be right. Let them choose the right path today," she whispered as she turned her attention from the past Sailor Scouts, to the ones in the future. "If they don't, everything will have been in vain." ************************************************************************* Rose leaned back in her seat and looked out the window of the car. It was about seven o'clock on Tuesday night, and Darien, true to his word, had taken her out so that they could get to know each other better. First thing that morning, Rose had awakened very early so that way when he woke up, he would get his first taste of what she was really like. Needless to say she spent half an hour scrubbing the carpet after her joke backfired. They had left bright and early at around eight so they could make it to the shopping district in Yokohama by nine. She and Darien had spent almost four hours wandering the streets and talking before they decided to stop for lunch. After getting some excellent clam chowder, they went back out to actually shop. Rose had bought everyone something, somehow knowing just what they would want. She got Raye some relaxation incense for when she was meditating; Lita a flower cake molder; Amy a new blue sun hat; Mina a stuffed cat; and Serena and Rini got stuffed Rabbits. Darien had also purchased something, but refused to reveal what it was to Rose. 'Probably something for Serena. Or maybe me!' she thought as her eyelids drifted closed and she fell asleep. Darien looked at his sister out of the corner of his eye and smiled. Where as he had a very close family consisting of Serena and Rini; not to mention the Scouts, Rose had never really had a family to call her own. Every time he looked at her, her eyes were lit up in a joy he had never seen them. And he knew he had definitely made her happy. He watched as Tokyo Tower came into view and slowed down a bit as he drove the rest of the way home. ************************************************************************* Rose sat up and stretched. She yawned and scratched her head. "What time is it?" she mumbled under her breath. Reaching for her alarm clock, she picked it up and stared for a moment before she realized what time it was. "OH NO!" She got up and through her covers off, throwing Terren off too. "Rose! What are you doing?" he asked quietly as he got up and rubbed his head. Rose ran around the room, pulling her uniform out of the closet. "I am SOOOO late! Why didn't you wake me up, Terry?!" A deep laugh sounded through Rose's room and she turned around. "One, he probably isn't smart enough to wake you up," Darien explained as he thought, 'Luna'd kill me for that!' "Two, you are up thirty minuets early." Rose narrowed her eyes at him and grabbed her watch. He was right, it was only ten after six. Rose seethed at him, and Darien just grinned. "That's for the shaving cream and mashed potatoes that you got on my carpet yesterday!" Rose reached behind her and threw a pillow at him as he jumped out of the room. "You see?" Terren asked as Rose laid back down. "He could have very well heard us talking! Rose, you really need to be careful!" Terren told her. Rose shot him a look, "I'm not the one that Darien doesn't expect to talk, fur for brains!" Terren opened his mouth to reply, but closed it just as quickly. When the girl was right, she was right. ************************************************************************* Darien closed the door to Rose's room and furrowed his brow. "I could have sworn I heard Terren, talking...? Nah! Only cat's of the Moon can talk!" He thought for a moment before giving up and going to shave. ************************************************************************* Darien pulled up in front of the Tsukino house and waited. Serena and Rini wouldn't be late today, he knew. "So, tell me again why we are parked half a block away from her house?" Rose asked as she leaned over the seat. She had sat in the backseat so that Serena could sit next to Darien. Darien looked at her out of the corner of his eye. "Because, her Dad always has a shotgun on hand, and I want to live to be twenty-two." Rose grinned. "I think I like Mr. Tsukino." As expected, the two came out of the door on time. "DARIEN!" Serena yelled as she took Rini's hand and the two crossed the street. Darien reached over and opened the door from the inside for her. Serena climbed into the front and Rini into the back. As morning tradition, Serena and Darien leaned into kiss each other, until they felt eyes burning holes in their heads. "Oh, don't mind me!" Rose told them as she continued to stare. "Are you still mad because I woke you up early?" Darien asked. "Oh no. I'm not bitter in the least!" Rose told him sarcastically. Darien sighed and drove away. ************************************************************************* Rose took her seat next to Serena and settled in just as Tim came in. Rose flushed slightly as she remembered what Serena had told Darien. Tim's eyes gazed into hers, before she turned away slightly, blushing. Tim sat down in the seat just diagonal to hers and smiled. "Hey, you doing better now?" he asked. Rose nodded, feeling her throat go dry. "Y-yes! I just stayed home a couple extra days to be sure! I'm doing fine now." Just as the bell rang, Greg ran in to the classroom and took his seat, right next to Rose. "Hey," Greg gasped out to Serena. Serena giggled at him, "Hey yourself!" she said to him. Greg smiled. "I slept in, okay?" He then furrowed his brow as he looked at Serena's school uniform. There was something different then normal... "Serena! Where's your locket?!" Greg asked frantically. Serena looked down and became panicked that he may ask too many questions. "O-oh, it's in my pocket! I just didn't feel like wearing it today!" she said quickly. Greg nodded, "What ever, Serena. Hi, Rose," Greg greeted the black- haired girl, but she didn't answer. "Rose?" he questioned. Serena giggled again, "She's gonna ignore you! She's got a crush on Tim!" Greg nodded slightly, but his thoughts went back to the brooch. 'She's lying! She never takes that brooch off!' He didn't broach (AN: Get it?) the subject further, as Ms. Haruna came in and began to take roll. When she got up to the 'S' she called out for Rose. "Rose Shilds!" Rose smiled and spoke up. "I'm not here, ma'am! There is no one named Rose Shilds anymore!" Ms. Haruna sighed and made a mark in her book. "Rose, I know it's your first day back, but please, be polite." "She is, Ms. H," Serena stuck up for her friend. "She's telling you the truth. There is no one name Rose Shilds. This is Rose *Shields!*" Serena explained. "Isn't that Darien's last name?" Molly asked Serena. Serena smiled and nodded slightly. Rose smiled and stood up. "Hello, my name is Roseanna Shields! I'm seventeen years old and started school here a few weeks under the name Roseanna Shilds, who claimed she didn't have a family. Recently, I found my long lost brother, Darien Shields and now have a family! Not to mention great friends!" She sat down, leaving the class looking at her in awe. Tim leaned over and smiled at her. "Congratulations, Rosie." Rose smiled and everyone, Ms. H included, began to ask her questions. Except Serena and Greg. Serena because she knew and Greg because he knew all along. ************************************************************************* Malachite laughed as he looked at the people in the park. Like last time, this was simply a way to get the Sailor Scouts out into the open. Or more precisely, to get Sailor Moon out into the open. "Why must we always attack the park?" Malachite muttered to himself. "But, it's always busy. A good place to get energy." With that he called for his youma. "Loess*!" The monster appeared before him. This one was male, with short hair and a mad glaze in his eye. His entire body was brown, and seemed to be made of dirt or clay. He came out from the ground and bowed before Malachite. "Yes, Master?" Malachite smiled evilly and gave Loess his assignment. ************************************************************************* Raye had her eyes closed as she meditated in front of the fire. It was very late, but she didn't care. She through more herbs into the flame and placed her hands back together. The Sacred Fire preformed it's graceful dance in front of its' mistress in slow suave movements. "Great Fire," the priestess chanted lowly, "I ask seek information about our enemy. How are they here, and why?" For the first time since this 'new' enemy appeared, Raye got a clue as to what they were going to do. And it was happening right now. A youma terrorizing people in the park. "How cliche," Raye muttered as she reached for her communicator and hit several buttons. "Yeah?" came the half-awake voice of Serena. Seconds later all of the others sounded off. "We got a problem. Youma in the park, and it doesn't look happy." ************************************************************************* Serena sighed as she threw her covers off and climbed out of bed. "Mommy?" Rini whispered as she sat up. "Is something wrong?" Serena turned back to her daughter. "No, nothing's wrong. Well, there is, but you can't help. I'm going to go and fight, so I'll be gone for a while. Go back to bed," Serena told her. Rini nodded and lay back down. "Mama, please be careful," she whispered. Serena nodded and smiled. 'Here goes everything,' she thought. "MOON CRYSTAL POWER!" Serena grit her teeth as she felt the power struggling to release itself from the locket. 'NO! PLEASE!' she prayed. 'Please work!' Putting everything she could into it, Serena transformed. Looking at herself, she breathed a sigh of relief. "Come on, Luna!" she called to the cat, who was looking at her strangely. Luna nodded and jumped on Sailor Moon's shoulder and the two took off to go to the battle. ************************************************************************* Terren awoke with a start. 'I sense something,' he thought as he sat up. Concentrating, he found it. 'NO!' "Rose!" hissed into his charges' ear. Rose rolled over and smacked Terren on his head. "ROSE WAKE UP!" he yelled at her. Rose sat up quickly. "WHAT!?" Terren sighed. "Rose, I feel evil energy. We need to get out of here! There's an attack!" he hissed. Rose sighed. "Now?" she whined. Terren glared at her. "Yes! Now!" Rose climbed out of bed and stealthily crept down the hall. ************************************************************************* Darien groaned and pulled his covers off. "Why now?" he muttered as he stood up. "It's two in the morning!" He opened his door quietly and stepped out into the hallway. Half way to the balcony door, he saw Rose. 'No! Luna warned me about this!' At that moment, Rose spotted Darien. 'No! Terren warned be about this!' "Oh, hey Darien! What's up?" she asked nervously. 'Hurry up! Hurry up! Hurry up!' Darien smiled slightly. "Just uhh...going to get something to drink! You?" Rose thought for a moment. "Oh! Terren needed to use his litter box! He's done now, so good night!" She hurried back to her room and closed the door. "I warned you, Rose!" Terren hissed when they were back in the room. "You're gonna have a hard time trying to get out with him around!" Rose shot him a look and held her hand into the air. "EARTH STAR POWER!" Sailor Earth ran to her window and opened it up. Terren climbed onto her shoulder and cringed. "Do you know what you're doing?" he asked. Sailor Earth smiled at him and jumped from her eight-story window to the rooftop across the way with Terren screaming the whole time. ************************************************************************* Darien sighed as Rose went back to bed and ran to the balcony. Looking back, he made sure Rose wasn't there and then transformed. He jumped off of the balcony and took off to the battle scene. ************************************************************************* Sailor Moon dodged the sand attack that was thrown at her from the youma and landed kneeling on the other side of it. "VENUS LOVE CHAIN ENCIRCLE!" Venus' attack ripped through the air and caught Loess long enough for Sailor Moon to roll out of the way before he could attack. "Thanks, V-babe!" Sailor Moon yelled. Venus gave her 'V for Victory' sign and went back to the fight. Tuxedo Mask ran into the battle scene, and then to Sailor Moon. "What's the scoop on this one?" he asked her. Sailor Moon nodded to him. "It's made of clay is what Mercury said. The other Scout's attacks aren't really working. But they will..." "EARTH TSUNAMI SPLASH!" Sailor Earth's water attack hit its target, slightly damaging it. "Good job!" Jupiter yelled to Sailor Earth as she came down near the other Scouts. Sailor Moon felt a sense of dread well up inside her. She had to attack, but was afraid to do so. Biting her lip, Sailor Moon pulled her scepter out to attack. "MOON SCEPTER ELIMINATION!" The youma laughed and stood there as the attack hit his chest. The Sailor Scouts gasped and looked to Sailor Moon, as if asking for an explanation. But Sailor Moon didn't have their answers. She stood in shock as Loess formed a ball of energy in his hands. With an evil grin, he launched the energy at Sailor Moon. "I must finish the job Rubeus started!" Sailor Moon immediately knew what he was talking about, but before she could jump, the energy came into contact with her locket. And it broke. Sailor Moon realized that it didn't hurt. They hadn't wanted to hurt her. She looked down as her locket fell to the ground in pieces, with the Silver Crystal falling out of it, and her transformation melted away. Sailor Earth let out a startled gasp. "Serena?!" 'Oh my God! So that's why she was comforting me that day in the park! Serena is Sailor Moon!' Serena looked and noticed that Sailor Earth was very pale and knew that she must know her in civilian form. 'Figures. Somehow I always know the Scouts in civilian form before Scout form.' She looked away, and looked back down to the ground. With tears in her eyes, she slid to the ground and took the pieces of her locket into her hands along with her Crystal. "No...no..." She held the pieces in her hand. "Six fragments...six...It's the only thing Mother ever gave me..." she wept. Sailor Earth kept looking at Serena in shock until her body began to tingle. She glanced at her arms and noticed that her clothes were glowing. She looked around frantically and saw that the other Sailor Scouts and Tuxedo Mask, who had gone to Serena, were in much the same situation. In a brilliant flash of light, the Sailor Scouts didn't stand there anymore, but seven friends stood in their place. ************************************************************************* Terren let out a gasp as Sailor Moon's transformation melted away to reveal Serena Tsukino beneath the mask. "That's Serena!" he exclaimed. "That's why I felt that strange energy from her!" From behind him he heard two other gasps and turned to see two very familiar faces. "Luna? Artemis?" he asked in awe. "Is that you?" Two cats walked forward and noticed the other cat. Luna hissed and bared her claws. "Who are you?" she asked. "And how can you talk?" Terren stepped forward into the light. "Luna, Artemis, it's me! Terren..." he trailed off as he undid the magic spell that he had placed over his crescent moon. Luna and Artemis stood staring wide-eyed at the new cat. It was Luna who knew him first. "Terren! Is it really you?" She ran forward and stared at the cat. She looked into his green eyes and gasped. "Terren! It is you!" She turned back and saw Sailor Earth and the other Sailor Scouts glowing. "But that means that Sailor Earth isn't from the Negaverse! She's the real thing!" "By Serenity!" Artemis cried out. "Luna, look!" Luna turned back to where the Sailor Scouts were and gasped. All of them were reverting back to their civilian forms, including Sailor Earth. ************************************************************************* "Our transformations!" Lita yelled as she looked at her now bare hands. Serena looked up from her place on the ground and stared at Sailor Earth. Or where Sailor Earth used to be. "Rose?" she whispered disbelievingly. Rose looked up and took in who the Sailor Scouts were. "Oh my God." The seven people stood and stared at each other in utter shock. None more shocked then Darien and Rose. "Darien?" Rose asked quietly as she walked up to him and the girls. "Serena? Raye? Amy? Lita? Mina?" She looked around. "Is it really you? How is this...?" The others just sat there, dumbfounded. "Rose you're Sailor Earth?" Darien asked not believing what he had seen. He held Serena as she stared at the broken pieces of her locket and Rose. Before Rose could open her mouth the forgotten youma let out a screech, and attacked Serena and Darien. The blinding white light came towards Serena and Darien faster then they could move. From somewhere behind them, they heard a cry. "PRINCESS! PRINCE!" Two streaks, one black and one white, jumped from their perches and in front of Serena and Darien before the energy could hit them. With cat screams, Luna and Artemis fell to the ground. "NO!" Serena yelled as she picked up Luna and held her. "Luna! Luna, can you hear me?! LUNA!" She turned to the other cat. "Artemis! No! Please, answer me! Why did you do that!?" she demanded. Terren ran up to stand next to Serena and Darien as he looked at his friends in horror. Luna opened her eyes and gazed at Serena. "You-you are the Princess. No matter what, we must protect you, Serenity." Terren looked at Serena in astonishment. "You're the Princess?" he whispered. Serena set Luna down and stood up to face the youma. "You'll pay for that!" she yelled as she held the Silver Crystal in front of her. "I swear to it!" In a bright flash of light, Serena's pajamas melted away to reveal a young woman in a long white dress with a crescent moon on her forehead. With out speaking, Serenity released her energy to Luna and Artemis, completely healing her two friends. The youma's eyes opened wide and he took a terrified step back. Princess Serenity closed her eyes for a brief second and the six segments of her locket floated up to her and circled around her. Darien stood up, and his own pajamas turned into the dark armor of Prince Endymion, a reaction to Serena turning into Serenity. Not knowing exactly what she was doing, Princess Serenity let her heart lead her, as she so often did anyway. The Sailor Scouts stood in wonder as Serenity began to glow silver. The six fragments of Sailor Moon's transformation locket began to glow six different colors. One light blue, one red, one green, one yellow, one dark blue, and one silver. Five of the six pieces of the locket flew to the girls and floated in front of them. Rose reached to touch it, but pulled back suddenly. "Seren-Serenity, what is this?" she asked as she looked to her Princess. "Yeah," Raye agreed as she examined the glowing red item in front of her. "What is this, Sere?" "Serena?" Endymion whispered as he looked at her in astonishment. "Don't be afraid, my friends," she told them with a smile. "Touch them." The Sailor Scouts looked at each other and shrugged. Slowly, Lita reached for her shard and grasped it. With a flash of green light, the fragment changed. It changed from a broken piece of Sailor Moon's locket to a new transformation wand made especially for Sailor Jupiter. Lita's eyes widened in shock as she grasped it and examined it. It was similar to the others. A long green handle and now instead of a star there was the golden symbol of Jupiter at the top. The others stared at Lita's new power stick in wonder and grasped their own, causing similar changes in their own fragments. Serenity smiled as her friends' eyes lit up with joy and wonder. She looked at the piece floating in front of her and bit her lip. Gently, she took it in her hand and it began to shape. The piece of her old locket began to turn into a new locket. It was silver and elegantly etched in to the shape of a star. The five points of the star each had a different color gem on them. Five different gems representing five different Scouts. In the center was a lighter silver and gold gem symbolizing Serenity and Endymion. Princess Serenity smiled again as her locket opened and the Silver Crystal joined with it. Serenity faded out and was replaced with Serena, as Endymion turned back into Darien. Serena held the locket in her hands and closed her eyes as she felt the power that this locket contained; far more then either of her other ones. With a nod from their leader, the Sailor Scout raised their transformation wands, and transformed. It was instinct; they knew what to do and say. "MERCURY COSMIC POWER!" "MARS COSMIC POWER!" "JUPITER COSMIC POWER!" "VENUS COSMIC POWER!" "EARTH COSMIC POWER!" "MOON CELESTIAL POWER!" In a flash of light and color, the Sailor Scouts reappeared along with Tuxedo Mask in front of the youma, who had just stood there like an idiot while this whole event was going on. The Sailor Scouts smiled and gave each other high fives as they saw that they were transformed again. "Alright, Sailor Moon!" Jupiter called to her friend. "Master!" Loess called out in fright. Malachite appeared beside his demon and snarled. "What is it?" He then saw Sailor Moon still alive and transformed. "You should be dead!" he said to Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon smiled. "It was a good plan, but now I'm stronger." She closed her eyes and a rod appeared in her hands. A new wand. It was as long as her Scepter, but this one was silver with a star on the top and crescent moons decorated the handle. Sailor Moon held it strongly in her hand and raised it over her head. "SILVER MOON..." The star on top of the wand began to shimmer and flashed brightly as Sailor Moon twirled around. "STAR..." Sailor Moon paused and brought the wand down and held it parallel to her body with the star on the wand right in front of the star on her uniform. "ATTACK!" The star on top of the wand erupted in a brilliant flash of light and several smaller stars flew from the top and struck the youma, killing it with one final scream. Malachite stared at the remains of his youma and then turned to Sailor Moon who was smiling slightly. "Your turn!" she yelled. "Silver Moon-" Malachite disappeared and reappeared behind her. Sailor Moon stopped and turned around so that she could see him. "This isn't over yet, Serenity!" he yelled as he disappeared. Sailor Moon lowered her weapon and sighed. "Good reddens to bad rubbish!" Venus exclaimed. From the ground everyone could hear Artemis sigh, "No, Mina! You got it wrong!" The others laughed slightly, but the laughter died down as Sailor Earth stepped forward with Terren beside her. "Princess?" she whispered as she went down on one knee before Sailor Moon. Terren too, bowed in a very cat like fashion. Sailor Moon looked puzzled for a minuet. The pose, the way she had her head bowed...it was so familiar. With a gasp she grabbed her forehead as a surge of memories hit her full force. Darien grabbed her shoulders as she slumped down slightly, but pulled away just as quickly as a bright flash of light disturbed his vision. From her place kneeling before Sailor Moon, Sailor Earth grasped her head as memories flooded her own senses. The Sailor Scouts called out for their friends as each of them stayed in their inattentive state. As soon as it had happened, it was done. And they remembered. Looking at each other in wonder, Serena, Darien and Rose caught each other in a three-way hug. "I don't believe it!" Serena said as she pulled back. "Roselyn! I thought you would never come back!" The four Sailor Scouts exchanged looks. "Roselyn?" they all asked together. Terren sighed and hung his head. "Yeah, now she remembers!" he cried out in frustration. Serena, Darien and Rose began to talk frantically. Raye clenched her teeth together, and then opened her mouth. "ALL RIGHT! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!?" she demanded, voicing the other Sailor Scouts thoughts. The talking stopped and Serena grinned at Raye. "Well, it's kinda a long story..." she trailed off. Lita detransformed and leaned against a tree. "Well, I'm ready to listen." She then looked at Rose and sighed. "How come you're Sailor Earth?" "The same reason you're Sailor Jupiter," Rose replied. Before anyone could reply to that, Luna stepped in. "Listen, we all have questions, but I can guess what's happened here. First off, we no longer have to worry about Sailor Earth being from the Negaverse, her guardian is here and that's proof enough for me. Now, come on! We have to go before someone sees you!" she told them as she climbed Serena's shoulder. The others just exchanged glances, shrugged and detransformed. Rose looked around at these people, her friends and smiled. 'They were right beside me the whole time! And I can't believe that I forgot about Endymion! Why would Queen Serenity want me to forget him?' she thought as she and the others headed off towards her and Darien's apartment. ************************************************************************* Darien wrapped an arm around Serena as they walked down the street. "So, a sister for both lives?" Serena spoke up from her place beside him. "Neat, huh?" Darien nodded and cast a glance at Rose, who seemed to be off in her own little world. 'Probably trying to cope with all of this. Might have overloaded her,' he thought. Serena seemed to be having similar thoughts. "Do you think this is a bit much for her?" she asked. Darien turned to face her, as did Luna. "What do you mean, Serena?" Luna asked her charge curiously. Serena thought how to explain this for a moment before coming up with her answer. "I mean everything, Luna. When I found out I was the Princess, I passed out! And in the past few weeks, she's had *a lot* of shocks coming her way, and we're only going to give her more. We told Andrew everything, but should we tell Rose everything? This actually involves her." "Serena! Why wouldn't we?! Sure there are a few things that would disturb her, and possibly scare her, but we need to tell her." "Maybe the Princess is right," Terren's voice spoke up from the ground. Darien reached down and picked him up. "She's been going through an awful lot, and telling her everything that's happened that would shock her may not be such a good idea." He looked at Serena. "Is there anything that could shock her that much, Princess?" he asked. Serena nodded vigorously as the name 'Rini' came to mind. "And *don't* call me Princess. Don't bow to me or any of that crap! I hate it!" she told him while making a face. Terren nodded and smiled a little. "You haven't changed a bit, Serenity-SERENA!" he corrected himself at her glare. "Well, I'm going to go and snap Rose out of her trance. I personally want to be surprised when you tell her all the shocks, so I'll go now!" Serena watched as Terren ran to Rose and jumped on her shoulder. "Are you sure about this?" Luna asked. Darien thought for a moment. "If I had a choice between learning about everything at once or slowly, I would choose at once because it is human nature to be stubborn and want to hurry things along." He took a deep breath before continuing, "However, I know that learning things slowly will ultimately save me stress and more problems." "So in other words," Raye spoke up from behind Darien, "we don't tell her the future? That's the most shocking part, if you ask me!" Darien nodded. "Right. We won't tell her the future." 'Because we don't even know if she's in it.' ************************************************************************* "...and that's the whole story!" Terren finished. The people in the room sighed and relaxed. They had everything worked out and now what ever one Sailor Scout knew, so did the other. Except for the future, Luna had decided that an appropriate time to reveal that to her would be in about two weeks. After the girls got over the initial shock of Rose being the Earth Princess, they were practically kicking themselves. If there was a Sailor Earth, of course she would be Endymion's sister! You have to be a Princess to be a Sailor Scout! Rose eyed Terren evilly as what he had said registered. "So let me get this straight, you *knew* that I had a brother. You *knew* AND YOU NEVER TOLD ME!" she exclaimed. "Uh-oh!" Terren said as he jumped out of the way of the rampaging teen. "YOU'RE DEAD, TERRY! DEAD!" Serena put a restraining had on Rose's arm. "Rose, when you want to get them back, all you have to do is throw them out the window!" Terren paled slightly and stepped away from the window. "I do it all the time to Luna!" Rose raised an eyebrow. "Don't you live on the second floor?" she asked. "And I live on the eighth!" Serena shrugged. "Cat's always land on their feet!" Rose and the others laughed at that. Rose furrowed her brow in thought. "Hey, you said that you knew how you died in the Silver Millennium, right?" Everyone stopped and looked to Rose for a moment before nodding. "Well, then how come I don't remember? I can't remember anything that happened on that last day." She turned to her guardian, "Terren, do *you* know what happened?" Terren looked at Rose for a moment before shaking his head. "No. That's the one thing that I can't remember. I really only recall going to Earth to train you, and that you and Endymion were royal pains in the tail." Raye and Lita both started laughing about that one. "Oh boy! See, Dare? We aren't the only ones who think you're a pain!" Raye told him while laughing. Darien glared at Terren, who tried to hide behind Luna and Artemis. Serena smiled and checked her watch. "Oh man! Come on, Luna, we gotta go! Rini must be worried sick," Serena said while picking up her guardian cat. The other girls agreed and gathered their stuff together. Darien wrapped his arms around Serena's waist and kissed her lips gently. Serena smiled and leaned in for another kiss, but felt those eyes again... Serena let go of Darien to find *all* of her friends staring at them, starry-eyed. "Don't you have anything better to do?" she asked. The girls looked at each other and grinned evilly. "NO!" they answered in union. Serena groaned and laid her head on Darien chest. "Why me?" she said in to the fabric of his shirt. ************************************************************************* Rose looked out of her window to the moon and let her thoughts drift. 'So Rini is an important person in the future and this enemy has come from the future to change the past. Strange. I can't believe some of the things that they've had to go through, my brother and Serena. They're so strong, to be able to survive brainwashing and amnesia. Especially since the soul bond between the two won't let them be apart after they've met.' 'But I can't help but wonder, what happened that day on the Moon Kingdom. How did I die? Why did-' Rose shook her head. "There's so many questions. Oh well. I'll answer them soon enough." ************************************************************************* "WHAT?!" Rini practically yelled to Serena. "You mean, I still can't say anything to her?!" Serena sighed and rubbed her temples. "That's what I said, Small Lady." "Why?" Serena looked at her daughter and smiled slightly. "Because, she's had a lot of shocks in the past weeks, and we felt that we should wait just a little while before we told her the *really* big information, okay?" Rini sighed. "Okay," she mumbled. "No more then two or three weeks though?" Serena chuckled. "Two weeks, Rini. I promise!" Serena held out her pinky finger and Rini took it, sealing the deal. As the two settled back down to go to bed, Serena mumbled quietly to her daughter, "Oh, and don't think you're getting away with knowing this stuff all along and not telling any of us." "Mom!" Rini whined. "You know I couldn't tell you! And just-" She stopped talking when she realized that Serena was snoring and couldn't hear her. Rini shook her head and went to bed. (AN: I'm a poet and I didn't know it!) ************************************************************************* Sailor Pluto watched the events taking place with a small smile on her face. "Good. You did well, Princess. Not too much more time until the truth is out. All secrets revealed," she whispered. ************************************************************************* Kind Endymion watched with tired eyes as King Onyxious slammed the door to his cell shut.
