Darunia, Zelda game __________Different Views__________ Darien watched as Serena slept, her chest slowly rising and falling evenly, not like it had been the night before. He had refused to let her go, with as hurt as she had been the night before, he just couldn't. One of the girls had been close by all night, he could feel that in his bones, but they hadn't dared to come into the apartment after what had happened before. They had somehow even managed to keep Luna away; how Darien didn't want to know, but he was sure it was painful for whoever had done it. Serena had been restless all night, calling out for him, Luna, her mother and even Queen Serenity. He had found the reason why when he took her temperature, it was far above normal and she was obviously delusional. Sometime around three in the morning, her crying out had been reduced to dull whimpers and mild tears, a relief to Darien. Sometimes during the night, Darien had moved Serena to his room so she would be more comfortable, and hopefully get better sooner. Right now, it was around eleven in the morning and he had had Serena for eleven hours longer than he was supposed to have, a thought that surprised him. Look at her again, Darien felt regretful tears in his eyes from knowing he had caused this. He had caused her pain and suffering; that was unforgivable in his book. And all because he didn't stay away. "It was the right thing...right? Being with you, my love," he whispered hoarsely, "it was always the right thing. Always feeling you near me, never wanting to be away...but is that why this happened?" "No, Darien," a voice whispered from behind him. Darien stood and whipped to face a familiar blue haired girl wearing a blue sailor suit. His hackles immediately went up and Darien glowered at the girl who, last night, was unable to answer either aye or nay to a simple question, one that was ultimately going to seal his and Serena's fate. "What are you doing here, Mercury?" he asked coldly. Unfazed by the coldness her Prince was displaying, Mercury activated her Visor and Palm Top computer, and walked forward to her Princess. "She has a slight fever, but her wounds are healing nicely. She should wake up in the next six or so hours, Prince," Mercury said softly after a few moments of awkward silence. "I don't think you need to worry about her, she's out of danger now." "The HELL she is!" Darien roared, causing the small girl to jump back in fright. "As long as she fights, she will be in danger," Darien told her, his voice filled with anger, mostly at himself. "Why her?" he asked Mercury. Sailor Mercury closed her palm top and sighed. "Prince, she is the only one. None of us have the power to defeat those creatures, Droids, so she must do it for us." She looked away. "I'm sorry about not saying anything last night, Prince. I thought about it, though. What you said, that is," she supplied hurriedly. "If she is meant to die, you staying away from her, in my opinion, won't be the deciding factor. Luna and Artemis won't budge on this, and I can't blame them; everything points to the vision being right." Mercury stood and walked to the window, opening it. "And Prince, don't blame yourself. One of us should be lying in that bed. We should have been faster," she whispered in a pained voice as she jumped and ran back to her school. Darien smiled after the blue-haired girl. "Thank you, Mercury." In her sleep, Serena moaned and rolled over slightly. "Darien... don't leave me..." she whispered as a tear streaked down her cheek. Darien wiped the tear away and kissed Serena's forehead softly. "I won't, Princess. I won't." Darien lay down next to her on the bed and stroked her cheek gently before wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her close to him. Inhaling her scent, he could feel her relaxing, and he too, relaxed. In moments, he was asleep with nothing on his mind but the sweet seraphim lying in his arms. ******************************************************************* "I don't understand it..." Alec whispered to himself as he slouched against the building's wall. He was alone at his school and waiting for one of the girls to pick him up since Serena hadn't come back the night before. "Why?" <:Flashback:> "You two stay here!" Serena whispered to Alec and Rini as she set them down far out of the range of the fighting. "I'll be back soon!" Rini let out a frightened whimper and Serena stroked her hair back. "Oh, don't worry, Rini. I'm sure the Sailor Warriors will take care of everything when they get here!" she reassured the girl. "They always do." Serena waited only a moment longer, feeling the urgency of her boyfriend back in the room with the strange women, before she started running again. Rini narrowed her eyes at the blonde and picked up her Luna Ball. "Luna-P Magic!" she cried as the ball bounced to Serena and hit her on the back, knocking her down. She fell to the ground with a thump and rolled over. "You aren't going anywhere, Meatball Head!" Rini told the older girl. "Rini, why?" Serena asked as she started standing up, a dull ache in her back. "Because, you have the Silver Crystal! We know you have it!" Alec said to her in a slightly dead voice. "We need it Serena. We have to have it." Serena smiled tenderly at the two children. "I know you do...and I want you to have it. But you're only children, and the Sailor Soldiers have to fight this." She looked sad and mumbled something under her breath before she ran off. Rini huffed and rolled her eyes. "She wants us to have it? Then why doesn't she just admit it and let us!" "Shut up, Rini," Alec whispered in shock. He had heard. He had heard what she had said before she ran off, and it scared him. "Just shut up and let her go." <:End Flashback:> "She's Sailor Moon..." he whispered. "Serena is Sailor Moon!" She had said so herself, but he knew he wasn't supposed to hear what she had said so he couldn't tell her, or Rini for that matter. Rini looked up to Sailor Moon, and Serena, he couldn't tell her. If he told his sister, she wouldn't be the same Sailor Moon that their father had told them about in stories...and the Sailor Moon in their stories died. ******************************************************************* "So he's still blaming himself, Amy?" Lita asked as they walked down tenth street to where they would meet Mina, and then Raye. After that, all four of them would go and pick up Rini and Alec from school and make some lame excuse for her parents as to why she still wasn't home. A fun-filled afternoon for kids of all ages! Amy nodded her head as Mina walked up and began walking with them. "Yes, and I don't think we're going to be able to easily sway him from believing that this time. That dream isn't helping," she muttered darkly. "But they can't be apart either!" Mina exclaimed. "They'll die with out each other now that they've met." Raye joined the group and sighed. She didn't need any explanation as to what they were talking about. It was all they had talked about for the past few weeks. "But Mina," she spoke up gently, "it is the way of the Gods. The Earth and the Moon were forever apart until those two came along. Now that they're together again, a fiery vengeance is being placed upon them." They were silent for several more moments, until Lita spoke. "Speaking of fire, have you consulted the Fire on this anymore, Raye?" "Of course!" Raye snapped. "I'm up every night seeing if there is anything new, but nothing comes and they're still apart! It's so hard to see them like this. If only there was something we could do." They had approached the school by now and immediately stopped talking as they saw Rini leaning against the building with her brother. As soon as Rini spotted the girls she waved and ran to them. "Hi, everyone!" she called as she stopped in front of them. Mina knelt down and patted the girl on the head. "How was your day, sweetie?" Mina asked the pink haired child. "It was great! Let's go home, Auntie Ilene made cookies for us!" Rini shouted as she started to walk off, only to stop seconds later. Looking back, she saw her brother still leaning up against the wall, staring into space. "Alec! Aren't you coming home?!" she asked. Alec snapped out of his daydream and looked to see his sister and Serena's friends standing by the gate, waiting for him to come with them. With a start, he saw in their eyes who they really were. 'Mercury...Mars...Jupiter...Venus...' His eyes grew impossibly wide at the startling information. 'From the Thirtieth Century. They're the same!' his mind whispered to him. "Uh...yeah! Sorry, I'm coming!" he yelled as he jumped down the steps and ran to catch up with them. "I thought Aunt Ilene said she was going on some errands today, Rini," Alec asked his sister. Rini blinked. "Oh yeah, I forgot. I still hope she made us some cookies!" ******************************************************************* Darien opened Serena's balcony door as carefully as he could with her in his arms. Turning, he closed the door just as carefully, and walked to Serena's bed, placing her gently atop the covers. Serena smiled in content and opened her eyes. Slowly, gazing up at the face she knew all too well. "Hey, baby," Darien whispered to her while tracing her cheek with his finger. "Hi..." Serena croaked out, her voice cracking slightly from the under use in the past fifteen hours. Glancing around, she saw that she was in her room, in her bed and she gasped. "Wait, how-" Darien silenced her with a finger to her lips. "After the attack, the girls made up an excuse for you to not be home and I took you to my place," he told her. With a sigh, he told her what events had taken place between himself and the cats after the attack and watched as Serena paled at the end. "No...they can't do this!" Serena cried as she stood unsteadily. Her wounds had almost healed fully, and most of her blood had replenished, but she still felt lightheaded as she stood. Darien caught her arms and guided her so that she was lying down again. "Artemis and Luna can't do this." "I'm afraid we can, Serena," Artemis suddenly spoke up from the outside of the door. He and Luna stepped in, their faces etched with worry; as much worry as they could show. "Please Darien, just for now," he told him. For once, Luna said nothing. Her heard ached for her Prince and Princess, and the mere thought of what they were going through. She looked to Serena's eyes and saw the betrayal in them. 'I'm so sorry.' With a sigh, Darien nodded. He bent down so his face was just a breath away from hers. "I promise, it's just for now," he told her softly. "Just for now." Biting her lip, Serena nodded. Luna and Artemis weren't going to let this one go, and they both knew it. "I understand," she whispered with tears in her eyes. Darien smiled tenderly at her and bent down to kiss her softly on the forehead. Serena tilted her head up and their lips met in a fiery, passionate kiss that made Luna and Artemis blush slightly and turn away from them until they pulled away and Darien whispered something in Serena's ear, causing her to blush. Seconds later, Darien and Artemis left the room. On the way down, they passed the four girls and two children. Mumbling a hello, Darien and Artemis left the hours and closed the front door behind them. "What was that about?" Mina asked as she touched her chest where her heart began to beat faster and with urgency. It already knew the answer. "Oh no!" she whispered fearfully as she ran up the stairs, pushing past the others and swinging open Serena's bedroom door. When she opened it up, all she saw was Serena sitting up in her bed, no expression upon her face. "Serena?" Mina whispered when she saw her friend. Serena didn't answer, but simply looked up at her friend and smiled sadly. ******************************************************************* Several hours later, everyone had left. Rini and Alec had gone with Raye to the temple so that they could eat while Serena rested from her injuries. As the last of the girls left, Serena turned and faced a familiar black cat standing behind her. She had put up a front all afternoon, saying she was fine and that it was for the best, but now she would let that drop, and let the world know exactly how she felt. "Who do you think you are, Luna?" Serena asked, her voice deadly low and intimating. Luna took a step back in shock and gasped at her charges' tone. "Serena!" she exclaimed. "I am only doing my job to protect and se-" "DOES THAT INCLUDE RUINING MY LIFE?!" Serena demanded as angry tears made their way down her cheeks. "Making it impossible for me to see the one thing that keeps me alive?" she asked with a sob in each word. "I can't live with out him, Luna!" she told her guardian. "Serena Usagi Tsukino!" Luna yelled. "I am in charge of you, in your mother's place, and I am your guardian. If anything happens to you, it is my fault!" she told the girl. "You don't know how sorry I am, Serenity, seeing you in so much pain hurts me too. I know what it's like to be away from someone you love, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone." She jumped up onto Serena's lap and looked her in the eyes. "If nothing else, you are my best friend, Serena, and I love you like a daughter. A mother and friend doesn't let their daughter and friend die for no reason." Serena's eyes softened for a moment and she closed her eyes. Luna smiled, thinking she had reached the child until she heard a phrase that shattered her. "Get out." Blinking red eyes in shock, Luna gaped at the girl and put her paw on her arm. "Serena?" Serena sniffed once and opened her eyes. "Get out of my house, Luna. I HATE YOU!" she screamed and ran out of her room to the bathroom and locked the door behind her. Tears came to Luna's eyes and she tried to force them back as she jumped to the windowsill. "I'm sorry, my Princess," she whispered as she jumped to the tree and then to the ground. Her tears began to fall shortly after that and she ran faster, feeling the exhilaration help release her stress. 'Is this what it feels like?' she asked herself as she dodged some cars in the street and came out safely on the side. 'This ache in my heart at her harsh words...is this what it felt like when I was so hard on her?' Her eyes got wide in realization. 'Princess!' She ran for several more moments before she stopped dead in her tracks. Her tears dried quickly and she looked around, sensing something nearby. Out of alleyway, a tall woman with green hair in a type of bun and a wearing green and very *ahem* revealing outfit. Luna walked up casually to the woman, no one suspects at cat, and got a good look at her face. She gasped in shock as her eyes zoomed in on the dark black crescent moon that was on her forehead. 'I have to get the girls!' she thought as she started to run off, however she slipped and fell, catching the woman's, Prisma, attention. "Who's there?" she demanded as she looked around before spotting Luna. Luna regained her composer and began meowing at her in a 'cute' way. The woman smiled at the cat and turned to the shadows. "Droid Koneko!" she called into the alleyway. Luna watched as a giant cat looking creature came out of the alley and meowed. It was brown and white, but was more monstrous than any other cat looked, and thinner, without most of the fur it seemed. "Yes?" it questioned its mistress with a cat like mewing in its voice. Prisma smiled. "Do you recognize that cat?" she asked as she pointed to Luna. The 'cat' nodded and it's almond eyes flashed red. "Luna, personal advisor of the Queen of Crystal Tokyo, former advisor to Queen Serenity and has known activity with Sailor Moon and the brats." "How did you know all that?!" Luna demanded with a stutter in her voice. "Who are you?" Prisma smiled. "I am Prisma, of the Dark Moon Family and it seems I was right. Well kitty, we'll make you a deal," she offered to the black cat. "In exchange for your life, you will tell me who Princess Serenity is in this time." Luna's eyes became angrier and she hissed at the woman. "I shall die for my Princess and Prince, even if they are not fond of me at this moment. You will not learn who they are!" she yelled as she charged Prisma with her claws bared. ******************************************************************* Serena had retreated back to her room soon after Luna had run off and collapsed on her bed. She felt bad for yelling at Luna, but felt that she had a justified reason in doing so. A tear slid down her cheek as she fought to keep herself from crying again. "Mother, what should I do?" she asked the moon. The moon gave no answer to her child and Serena closed her eyes. As she did so, an image of Luna, out alone on the streets came to her mind. She saw a dark moon flash before her eyes and she shot up in bed. "NO LUNA!" she screamed as she grabbed her locket and made a beeline for her window. ******************************************************************* Luna had somehow managed to dodge every attack that the Droid had sent at her. She was no warrior and couldn't keep this up for long, her energy was already running low, and so far, she hadn't been able to call the girls or figure out what Crystal Point the enemy was after. Dodging the claws of the cat like beast again, Luna tripped and fell. Koneko took the opportunity and charged Luna with her claws. Trapped like a deer in headlights, Luna could only stare at the incoming danger. 'Princess...I'm so sorry.' Luna awaited the pain, but there was none. She did hear a scream, but it wasn't hers. Opening her eyes, she saw a mass of golden hair and watched as a pair of large blue eyes opened, pain shown brightly in them. "Luna...are you okay?" she whispered as the Droid was ordered to attack again, hitting Sailor Moon in the back again and again. "SERENA!" Luna yelled. Prisma laughed and the Droid's attacks stopped, if only for a second. Serena looked at Luna and smiled. "We're friends, right Luna?" she asked. Luna's eyes softened and she nodded. "We're best friends, Serena." Serena smiled at her friend and heard the Droid powering up again and she struggled to move out of the way, feeling her reality slipping from her. "TUXEDO LA SMOKING BOMBER!" The Droid was hit in the center of the chest by a stream of blue and black energy, and went flying backwards into a wall of a pet shop. Tuxedo Mask rushed on to the scene, the four other following him, and kneeled next to Serena, who was holding Luna close to her, trying to protect her. As the Soldiers engaged the Droid in battle, Prisma walked forward and stood in front of Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon. "I'm not leaving until that girl is dead!" she said as dark lightening swirled in her hands. Tuxedo Mask stood nearly a full head taller than Prisma and glared at her. "You will leave, and not come back. The Soldiers will take care of the droid soon enough, and if you do not leave, I will take care of you. You did this to her, and there is no forgiveness for hurting my Love." Prisma heard a strange scream and turned to see her Droid being destroyed. "Oh damn. Well, until next time then," she announced as she disappeared in the air. The four girls ran forward and surrounded their leader, who smiled up at them. "Is Luna okay?" she asked in a raspy voice as Tuxedo Mask laid her on her back and checked her injuries. "Luna's fine, Princess!" Artemis told her as he helped Luna clean the few wounds she had gotten. "Just worry about yourself." Serena smiled and closed her eyes. "I'm glad," she whispered. "Serena, you are an idiot!" Mars yelled at her. "You can't even save someone with out nearly killing yourself! This is the second time in two days and-" "And she needs to get to a hospital!" Mercury announced as she continued scanning her friend. "These wounds caused the old ones to act up too, we need to hurry and get her there!" she exclaimed. The cats stood next to their Princess and watched as her breathing began to deepen and she began to relax more and more. The Soldiers ran up and held hands around their friends. For a brief moment, they wondered if they should undo her transformation, but that would most likely kill her. "MARS STAR POWER!" "MERCURY STAR POWER!" "VENUS STAR POWER!" "JUPITER STAR POWER!" In a flash of lights and colors, the soldiers disappeared from the city-street and reappeared at in the emergency room of the hospital that was a mile away. Everyone looked up in amazement as the Urban Legends appeared before their very eyes. They began whispering things, wondering if these were the real ones, before Sailor Mercury ran to the nearest nurse and grabbed her arm. "We have a seriously injured warrior over here," she told her nurse. "We need a doctor now!" The nurse turned and looked to where the others were standing, crowded around Tuxedo Mask and watching the half-asleep girl with caution, fearing her death. The nurse ran off in seconds to find doctors and a place to keep Sailor Moon until she was healed. ******************************************************************* Sailor Moon awoke several hours later, much like she had earlier in the day, but this time it hurt even worse than it had before. 'That's what I get for fighting and not being fully healed,' she thought bitterly as she sat up. It was then she realized she had an oxygen mask over her face and there were several beeping machines around her and that was when she realized that she was in a hospital. Looking to her side, she saw Tuxedo Mask with his eyes closed, but not asleep, in the chair next to her. She moved her mouth, but no sounds came out. She tried again and again, until she finally managed to whisper, "Tuxedo...Mask..." Tuxedo Mask's eyes snapped open and he breathed a prayer to God that she was alright before sweeping her, gently, in his arms and asking her how she felt. "I'm fine, much better than I think I should be, actually," she explained to him. Tuxedo Mask nodded and brushed a stray hair from her face. "These injuries from tonight wouldn't have been so bad if we had brought you to a hospital yesterday, but, fool that I am, I kept you with me and didn't get you the proper care. For-" Sailor Moon covered his mouth and shook her head. "Don't even say it, Shields. Don't even say it." ******************************************************************* The doctor shook his head as he looked at the results of all of Sailor Moon's tests, before and after the treatment of her wounds. More than forty percent of her wounds had healed in the short five hours she had been in the hospital. "Incredible," Dr. Mizuno observed in awe as she looked over the reports with the other doctor, Dr. Kay. "How is this even possible?" she asked him. Dr. Kay shook his head. "I have no idea, but perhaps it has something to do with that magic people claim she and the others posses." Before he could utter another word, Sailor Mercury swung open the door the rest of the way, seeing it was already partially opened, and stepped in. "Dr. Kay, Prin-I mean, Sailor Moon has awakened would you come with me, please?" she asked. Her words faltered slightly towards the end as she caught a glimpse of the person who was with Dr. Kay. 'Mother!' Dr. Kay stood up and smiled at the girl. "That's great, we were just going over her medical examinations. Ah, this is my college, Dr. Mizuno, Sailor Mercury." The two women shook hands and Mercury fought back her nerves as she shook her mother's hand. "Now, what was this about Sailor Moon waking up?" Dr. Kay asked. ******************************************************************* Sailor Mercury led the two doctors down the hall, past some of the offices, and through the emergency room to where she was. As they passed through the emergency room, a large group of reporters jumped up and ran to Sailor Mercury and began asking her questions. "HEY!" Jupiter boomed as she looked up from her position by the hall that led to the patient's rooms. "I said if any of you moved, you'd be fried like the Droid that did this to Sailor Moon. Now, leave Sailor Mercury alone, or else," she threatened as her lightening rod extended. Most of the reporters jumped back to their seats, save for one. "You would dare do that! And if you did, I'd sue you!" he yelled to Jupiter. Jupiter laughed and stood up straight. "I'd like your lawyer to try and find me!" she exclaimed while laughing and holding her stomach. Mercury sighed and rolled her eyes. "Jupiter!" she exclaimed, causing the Soldier to remember where she was and go back to attention. Their eyes met briefly and Jupiter paled when she saw Mercury's mother. "Oh man." ******************************************************************* Mars and Venus stood right outside of Sailor Moon's room, eyes alert and watchful. So far, they had let no one in unless Mercury gave her consent, not even a nurse. They saw Mercury walking forward with Dr. Kay and Dr. Mizuno and sighed. "Let's just hope she doesn't recognize her own daughter," Mars whispered. "Well, if Molly can't recognize Serena after all this time, I don't see how this would be different!" Venus whispered back as she opened the door to tell Tuxedo Mask that Mercury was coming in. Instead her eyes got wide and she closed the door with a slight blush. "Hee-hee...Amy-MERCURY! Why don't we let them be for awhile?" she asked with a laugh. 'Amy?!' Dr. Mizuno thought with a start. Mercury stopped for a moment and smiled. "Kissing?" "Was there a doubt?" ******************************************************************* Dr. Kay was quite pleased with the progress Sailor Moon had made over night, but was rather worried when he didn't see Jupiter in the lobby nor outside the door. He knocked on the door and called inside. "Sailor Moon? Tuxedo Mask?" There was no answer and the doctor panicked and opened the door, only to find no one in the room. The bed was made, the room was sterile and nothing was out of place. He saw a small bundle of money lying out on the bed and picked it up. There was no note, but he knew what it was. He moved to the bed and saw that the chart was missing from it. One of the nurses came running, yelling something about the computer crashing and missing some data files. Strangely, he already knew which ones were gone. ****************************************************************** Thanks to modern medicine, Serena's wounds had already healed, much better than the other ones from the night before. Currently, everyone was sitting at the Temple, listening to Luna talk. When she finally got to the part everyone cared about, no one could help but cheer. "After careful consideration, Artemis and I have decided that, as long as the girls are in the area, you, Serena and Darien, may see each other...ONCE A WEEK!" she added hurriedly when she saw everyone jump in excitement. "I don't want to temp fate too much." Serena laughed and ran to Luna, scooping her in her arms and whirling her around. "LUNA! Oh, Luna, you don't know how happy you just made me!" she told her with a smile. "Only once a week?!" she whined. Luna mock glared at the girl and everyone laughed. ******************************************************************* "Failed again?" Prince Diamond asked as he rested his face on his hand and glared at Prisma. "Please, brother," a man with dark blue hair said. "She was severely out numbered!" Sapphire told him. Prisma stayed kneeling before her Prince and glanced up at Sapphire out of the corner of her eye, but Diamond caught her and she looked back down. "While I understand that, your power is superior, Prisma. As the oldest of the Sisters, I would have expected you to have already taken over this world and found those children!" Diamond yelled at Prisma, who cringed under his gaze. "I understand, my Prince. I'll be going back now," she whispered with tears in her eyes. Diamond nodded his approval and she was gone. Sapphire eyed where Prisma had been and sighed. "Prisma..." ******************************************************************* "Serena, I am sorry about everything I said to you in the past weeks," Luna informed Serena as they walked home. "I think I finally realized it when you threw me out, how much it really hurt to be yelled at by someone you care about, one of your best friends." Luna lowered her head in shame and Serena pet her behind her ears. "It's okay, Luna. It's actually a good think I went, because me getting hurt again did some good!" she laughed. "But I understand what you did, and why, Luna. I never hated you, and I'm sorry for saying that." Luna couldn't help but look proud of the child...no the young woman who stood there. "I know you didn't, Serena. But I'm glad you said it. It really knocked some sense into me." "I'm glad, Luna." She looked to the moon and had to smile. "You know what, I think Darien's going to sleep peacefully tonight." "For all our sakes, I hope he does, Serena. I hope he always has good dreams, and that he won't listen to any advice I give him," Luna spoke while shaking her head. Serena perked up. "Does that mean that I don't have to listen to any advice you give me?" A glare from Luna, a real glare, was her answer. ******************************************************************* Alec turned off the TV worriedly. Serena hadn't returned home, and it took a lot of bribing before Rini would hypnotize Ilene and Kent into thinking that Serena had gone away somewhere for a while. He didn't even remember. The news had been reporting all night about Sailor Moon being in the hospital and injured. About an hour ago something had come on about all of the Soldiers disappearing and leaving no records that they had been there. He had to smile, knowing that was Mercury's doing above anyone else's. The door opened and Alec and Rini turned to see Serena walk in, looking just as she had when this whole nightmare had originally started. "Serena!" Alec exclaimed as he jumped up and barreled into Serena, hugging her around the waist. Serena and Rini looked startled, but Serena smiled at him. "What is it? You act like you haven't seen me for days or something!" Alec smiled at her, but Rini scowled. 'Alec, what are you doing?' ******************************************************************* Amy sighed and opened the door to the apartment. Closing it, she breathed a silent prayer of thanks that her Prince and Princess were together again. Indeed, tonight was one worth celebrating. She heard something in the kitchen, and instinctively reached for her transformation pen, but stopped when her mother came out of the kitchen. "Mom! Oh, you're home early. I'm sorry I wasn't home when you go here, Serena and I were studying and I fell asleep over there. I just came home to change my clothes before going to school again." With a cringe, Amy realized how much the night's activities had taken out of her and wished for a moment that she wouldn't have to go to school. Mrs. Mizuno sighed and shook her head as she prepared to say what was needed. "You don't have to go to school today, Amy. No," she looked up and looked into her daughters' eyes, "Sailor Mercury."
