ChibiChibi first appeared in episode 182, dropping out of the sky carrying an umbrella. She poised as Usagi's little sister. The only words she could say were "ChibiChibi" or repeat what someone else said. In episode 187 she gives Sailormoon a new attack and reveals herself to be SailorChibiChibi. In episode 200 it is revealed that she is Galaxia's starseed, the light of hope. She transforms into a sword and tells Sailormoon to use it to defeat Galaxia. After the sword is broken, ChibiChibi appears and fades away. After everyone is brought back she briefly appeares and then disappears.
