Chiba Mamoru/Tuxedo Kamen Mamoru in the manga is very different from his anime self. He is the owner of the Golden Crystal in the manga and he has an actual attack "Tuxedo La Smoking Bamba". He never throws any roses in the manga either. In the manga, he has the power to heal injuries and is somewhat psychic, being able to hear Mistress 9 call for the three tailsmans. In the manga Mamoru has dark hair all of the time and drk brown/black eyes In the anime Mamoru has dark hair but sometimes it has a greenish tint (like in the above pic).
